Green Gro is an India-based farm-to-home brand delivering fresh produce, pantry staples, and curated hampers. By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are accessing it under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products & Services

• All products are subject to availability.

• We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

• Images are for representational purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance

3. Orders

• Orders must be placed through our website and are subject to acceptance and stock availability.

• Orders placed during operating hours are delivered within 2–4 hours. Orders placed after hours are delivered the next day.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of unavailability, suspected fraud, or other issues.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We only accept prepaid orders. Payments must be made via our secure payment gateway at checkout.

• Do not pay any delivery charges to delivery personnel. If applicable, delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver using trusted third-party partners.

• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

• We will notify you in case of unexpected delays due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

• If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, contact us within 2 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product(s) in question

• Refunds, credits, or replacements will be processed case-by-case.

7. Subscriptions

• Subscription plans are prepaid and follow the selected delivery schedule.

• You may pause, reschedule, or cancel by notifying us at least 24 hours before your next delivery.

All content on this website—including logos, text, images, and designs—belongs to Green Gro and may not be reused, copied, or distributed without written permission.

9. Privacy

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
