At Green Gro, we’re passionate about delivering the freshest produce and highest-quality pantry essentials. We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help. Please review our cancellation and refund policy before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellations
Fresh Produce & Perishables
Due to the highly perishable nature of our fresh produce, orders cannot be cancelled once they’ve been processed or dispatched.
Subscription Orders
You may pause, reschedule, or cancel your subscription by notifying us at least 24 hours before your next scheduled delivery.
2. Refunds & Replacements
While we do not offer refunds for successfully delivered items by default, we’re happy to offer a refund, replacement, or store credit in the following cases:
You received a damaged or spoiled item
You received the wrong item
Your order was incomplete
To request support:
Contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order
Provide your order number and clear photos of the product(s) in question

3. Refund Method & Timeline
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
4. No Refunds Will Be Issued For:
Requests made after 2 hours of delivery
Items that have been used, tampered with, or consumed
Orders with incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
Delivery refusals without a valid reason
