At Green Gro, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality produce and pantry essentials straight to your doorstep. To ensure a smooth experience, please read our shipping policy below.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across select zones in Mumbai.
At checkout, you’ll be able to choose your area from a predefined list under your shipping address.

If your location is slightly outside our standard delivery zones, we may still be able to deliver with a modified delivery fee—our team will contact you to confirm.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Orders placed during store hours are delivered within 2–4 hours on the same day.

• Orders placed after closing hours will be processed and delivered the next day.

3. Shipping Charges

• Flat-rate delivery charges apply based on the area you select at checkout.

• These rates are set per zone and shown clearly in the area dropdown during checkout.

• If your delivery location is just outside the selected zone, our team will notify you regarding any additional delivery charge before dispatch.

4. Delivery & Payment

• Deliveries are handled by our trusted logistics partners.

• All orders are prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

• Please do not pay any delivery charges to the delivery partner. If you are asked to, contact us immediately.

5. Order Confirmation & Support

After your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an order summary and delivery updates via WhatsApp or email.
